Consultations

Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Refund eligibility for a paid consultation depends on the notice given and any time already reserved or work already performed.

Custom work

Custom project payments cover reserved capacity and completed work. Any refund or cancellation terms are stated in the accepted project agreement. Work already completed and approved expenses are not refundable unless required by law.

Requesting a review

Contact support@veraforge.ca with the project or booking details. We will review the request fairly and reply with the applicable terms.
