Do I need technical skills?

No. You build by describing what you want in plain language, and the Anvil does the technical work. If you can send a message, you can build a site.

What does it cost?

Anvil Free is $0 and publishes your site to a free veranet.ca address. Anvil Pro is $19 CAD a month or $180 a year. Anvil Elite is $29 CAD a month or $290 a year and includes everything in Blueprint Elite too. You can also top up credits whenever you need more.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. If you already own a domain, connecting it is free on Anvil Pro and Anvil Elite.

What happens if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

Your published site stays online, and you keep everything you've built, including your free veranet.ca address. You lose access to paid features and actions until you upgrade again, and any domain you bought through us stays yours.

Do you touch my customers' payments?

Accepted Answer

Never. If you sell through your site, your customers pay you directly through your own payment links. VeraForge never holds, processes, or takes a cut of your customers' money.

Will my site be fast on phones?

Published VeraForge sites are lean, static pages with zero client-side JavaScript, which is about as light as a web page gets. They're designed phone-first.

What's the difference between The Blueprint and The Anvil?

The Blueprint captures your brand and the rules your site should follow. The Anvil is the builder where you create, edit, and publish your site, guided by those rules.

Is this just AI slop?

No. Every door runs on the same rules. In The Blueprint we build the rulebook your project has to follow, and you export it into your own tools. In The Anvil those same rules keep the AI honest while it builds, and nothing goes live until it passes the checks.

What happens if the scope changes?

The Blueprint and The Anvil don't have a scope you can blow past. You pick a tier and build on it, and the price of that tier is published up front. If you outgrow a tier you choose to move up; nothing changes on your bill without you choosing it. You're never surprised by an invoice.

What if something happens to VeraForge?

You own your content, accounts, and access from day one. Blueprint exports live in your own tools the moment you create them, in standard formats. They're yours whether we exist tomorrow or not, and any qualified builder can pick them up without being locked inside a private system.

How do I get started?

Pick a door. Build your Foundation free at The Blueprint, build and publish the site yourself in The Anvil, or paste a URL for a free check on the site you already have. Everything starts free and no card is needed.

What exactly is a Foundation?

Accepted Answer

It's your project's rulebook. The Blueprint asks you about what you're building, then writes the rules your build has to follow, things like security, data, and how the pieces fit together, plus a step-by-step plan to build toward them. You can read it, export it, and drop it into whatever tool you build with.

Will the AI actually follow my rules?

Our system checks every change before it goes live. Anything broken gets blocked automatically, so you never see a broken page.

What can The Anvil actually build?

Real, publishable websites, built from safe, structured pieces and guided by your Foundation. It's not a free-for-all code generator, and that's on purpose: the structure is what lets the rules work. You'll need a Foundation first for a from-scratch build. Creating one is free.

What's the difference between the free Surface Check and the Deep Audit?

The Surface Check looks at your live site from the outside and grades what any browser can see: things like security headers, secrets accidentally left in your public code, and files that shouldn't be public. It can't see your code or database rules. The Deep Audit is an authorized review of your actual codebase, not a break-in test, and it's currently waitlist while we finish it properly.
