Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. You can build a full site and publish it at yourname.veranet.ca for free, forever. A small "Built with The Anvil" badge appears at the bottom. Upgrade only if you want it removed or you want your own domain.
Do I need to know code?
No. You answer a few questions and we generate a real site. You edit by tapping the section you want to change and typing.
What if I get stuck?
The editor is designed to keep you moving. If you get stuck, the guide tells you exactly what is missing, and the concierge can walk you through the next step.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains ship with Elite. Free sites will keep their veraforge.ca share link, and we'll offer an easy path to add a domain when it launches.
What happens to my content if I stop paying?
You own your content. If a Pro subscription ends, your published sites stay live on the free share link, the badge returns, and Pro-only features lock. Your data doesn't disappear.
How do I get help?
Email support@veraforge.ca. We reply personally, usually within a day.
